The doors open at 10am in a new location Monday, June 27 for Bend Furniture & Design. Keeping up with their expanding customer base, owners Heather and John Cashman are moving their store from NorthWest Crossing to 1346 NW Galveston Avenue, just east of the “Flaming Chicken” roundabout.

“We couldn’t pass up the opportunity to move to one of Bend’s premiere business locations,” said John. The new store will increase its line of quality home furnishings and  will continue to offer their design services.

Since arriving in Bend in 2007, the Cashmans have been serving Central Oregonians with their own unique and very personal style. They specialize in North American made transitional and contemporary furniture and accessories with quality and real value as top priorities.

They also carry a full collection of eco-friendly pieces. “We are firmly committed to offering furniture made from sustainable resources,” Heather says. “So many of our customers appreciate that.”

John, Heather and their teenage twin daughters enjoy being a part of the local community. “The people of Bend have strong hometown values,” John says. “That’s really one major reason why we came here. Whether it’s with our business or with our personal life, we’re here to stay and make a difference.”
