BLRB Architects has moved into Vision Plaza.  Located at 404 SW Columbia Street, Vision Plaza was originally designed by BLRB’s Bend team in 2007.

“Little did we know when we designed Vision Plaza that we would have the opportunity to enjoy the building and its features as tenants,” said Mike Gorman, AIA, branch director.

Daylighting is a key component of Vision Plaza’s design, and building elements include contemporary interior finishes, marble floors, a high efficiency mechanical system and sustainable building materials. The building presents a unique addition to Shevlin Corporate Park, in which it is located.

The Bend office, under the leadership of Mike Gorman, AIA and Jim Landin, AIA, has served Central Oregon clients for nearly a decade, merging formally with BLRB Architects in 2010. Recent projects include the Oxford Hotel, Bend Memorial Clinic-Westside, Discovery Park Lodge, Mill Quarter in Bend and the addition to Three Rivers K-8 School in Sunriver. In addition, the Bend office is currently finalizing designs for Little Deschutes Lodge, Phase II in La Pine.

BLRB Architects offers a full range of planning and design services to private, public, educational, commercial and medical clients. The public is invited to meet the staff and attend a ribbon cutting ceremony for the new space on June 26.
