FoundersPad alumni startup RallyCause. A mobile app, brings local causes and local businesses together.

A mobile app that features, tracks and rewards supporters for shopping, RallyCause recently launched in the Bend community, attracting both businesses and local causes to sign up for the innovative service. RallyCause brings local causes and local businesses together by motivating the cause supporters to shop with participating businesses who have agreed to give a donation back to the cause.

Featuring a self-service portal that allows causes and businesses to join and manage their own campaigns, RallyCause currently features 20 businesses and eight causes, with more joining every day.

“We are excited to provide this level of technology for causes and businesses on a local level,” says Roberto Aiello, RallyCause co-founder. “When people shop locally, twice as much is reinvested into our local economy. RallyCause expects to make a significant impact on our community by offering a tool that motivates and encourages this behavior.”

Marketed as a solution for cause supporters – whether they are parents supporting schools, a passionate community member who cares about a cause, or even a group of friends fundraising for another friend in need, RallyCause offers a solution to support both local businesses and causes in an easy and efficient manner.

“Having owned a few businesses in Bend and participated in countless fundraisers,” says Lisa Flynn, RallyCause co-founder, “I am so excited to offer an opportunity to bring business and fundraising together to truly benefit our community.”

A graduate of Bend’s new FoundersPad startup accelerator, RallyCause has already enrolled the following local businesses: Parilla Grill, RAD Camps, Kombucha Mama, Snap Fitness, Cowgirl Cash, Bend Yogurt Factory, Dutch Bros – Westside, Sara Bella, The Blacksmith, Tumbleweed Photography Studio, Erin Berg Photography, Freedom Personal Development, Bom Dia Coffee, and Cafe Sintra. Enrolled local causes include Summit High Booster Club, Shine Global, KIDS in the GAME, and St Francis School.

Local businesses and fundraising efforts are encouraged to sign up through the RallyCause self service portal at www.rallycause.com. To learn more about the business, check the website, Facebook or follow us on Twitter at @rallycause.
