Former Breedlove Guitar Building Sold to Ruffwear. Long Term Lease in Former Ruffwear Building Completed for Hydro Flask

Lowes Commercial Properties announces the completed sale of the former Breedlove Guitar Building, located at 2843 NW Lolo Drive, Bend.

The property closed and recorded on November 30, 2012. Both buyer and seller were represented by Scott Gibbs, broker, Vic Martinez, broker and Peter Lowes, CCIM and principal broker of Lowes Commercial Properties.

The sellers, Breedlove Guitar Holdings, LLC, developed the 20,636 square foot NorthWest Crossing Industrial building in 2007-08. The tenant Breedlove Guitar occupied the space until October 2012. The building was purchased by Four Leg, LLC, as an owner/user investment. The buyers are now occupying the building and run their business Ruffwear in the space.

With the buyer Ruffwear now occupying the former Breedlove Guitar space, they needed to lease out their previous location in NorthWest Crossing at 561 NW York Drive, Bend, Oregon. Peter Lowes, CCIM represented both, Four Leg, LLC (lessor) and Steel Technologies, LLC dba Hydro Flask (lessee) in the lease of the 6,360 square foot premises in NorthWest Crossing. Hydro Flask has signed a long term lease and began occupying the building on February 1, 2013.
