The Blacksmith Restaurant Under New Ownership

Fratzke Commercial Real Estate Advisors, Inc. announce that Todd and Nekol Bardwell have purchased the Blacksmith Restaurant and have signed a new lease for the 4,400 square foot property.

The Bardwells, owners of The Bridge Bar and Grill in Eugene, Oregon will update the current space and retain as much of the current staff as possible. The restaurant will offer many of the old favorites as well as introducing some new fare. The Bardwell’s hope to re-open The Blacksmith on or around March 1.
