Today’s challenges with Medicare and insurance supplements will be discussed by Michelle Thomas of Fall River Life & Health Solutions at an upcoming workshop, Starting the Conversation, to be held on Tuesday, March 19.
Hospice of Redmond staff will also be on hand to lead the discussion on how to start the conversation with your loved ones about your healthcare future. Topics such as how best to communicate what matters to you most, why you might need an advanced medical directive, and valuable community resources that might be of assistance to you will be discussed.
The workshop will be held from 1 – 4pn at the Bend Senior Center, 1600 SE Reed Market Road in Bend and is offered at no charge. The workshop is sponsored by Hospice of Redmond and Bend Park & Recreation District.
