PacificSource scores highest among 12 Northwest health plans in annual study of 33,000 members of 136 commercial health plans from 17 regions across the U.S.
PacificSource Health Plans has been recognized by J.D. Power and Associates as the highest ranked health plan in the Pacific Northwest for 2013 member satisfaction. PacificSource achieved a score of 724 (out of a possible 1,000) in the study, which included 12 health plans from Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. The average member satisfaction index score in the Northwest region was 704.

The annual member satisfaction study examines seven key factors including coverage and benefits, provider choice, information and communication, claims processing, statements, customer service, and approval process. In addition to achieving the highest ranking for overall experience, PacificSource also ranked highest in the provider choice and customer service categories.
