Crystal Peaks Youth Ranch is expanding with its purchase of a 51-acre ranch property located at 19275 Innes Market Road in Bend. The ranch includes facilities for horse training and breeding, and an indoor covered arena.

Crystal Peaks Youth Ranch is a faith based program that serves between four to five thousand visitors a year. The organization rescues equines that are rehabilitated and utilized in a mentorship program to help disadvantaged children by providing positive experiences to meet each child’s individual need.

Ron Ross, CCIM and Erich Schultz, SIOR with Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented Crystal Peaks Youth Ranch in the purchase of the property, which is located just across the road from the ranch’s existing location. Pam Mayo-Phillips with Cascade Sotheby’s International represented the seller, William D. Jackson.

The transaction was valued at $1,075,000.

“The acquisition of the neighboring facility creates potential for significant expansion of their operation,” said Ross. “Crystal Peaks has grown tremendously since the inception of the organization in 1993 and this opportunity was made possible through the help of a generous donor.”
