NorthWest Crossing, a mixed-use neighborhood on Bend’s west side, today announced that Tooliani’s Italian Bistro and Pizzeria will open in its neighborhood center next month. The new restaurant will serve classic Italian favorites, fresh salads, and a complete lineup of thin crust artisan pizzas. Tooliani’s will also offer a full menu of gluten-free and Paleo items.
Mike Toolan, founder of the new bistro, said, “We are looking forward to being able to serve those in and around NorthWest Crossing with a family-friendly Italian restaurant and pizzeria. We love our new location and its proximity to many popular local community events, schools and more.”
Toolan, who has 14 years in the restaurant industry, has held management positions in both Boston and New York. A Bend resident for the last 10 years, he enjoys he enjoys golfing, outdoor activities and spending time with his wife and two wonderful children. He continued, “I’m excited about sharing the passion for food that the team will create with the community as a whole.”
Tooliani’s Italian Bistro and Pizzeria will be located at 2755 NW Crossing Drive #101, Bend, OR 97701.
