Bend Developers Announce New Hidden Hills Subdivision

0

A new residential subdivision development in Central Oregon, Hidden Hills, is taking shape in Bend’s southeast community. Located on a quiet, beautiful parcel of land just off Brosterhous Road, near the Murphy Road intersection, the subdivision is the collaboration of Tennant Development and Curry Architecture.

The homes, designed by a select group of Central Oregon homebuilders, will feature thoughtful, modern floor plans and mixed architectural choices.

The new subdivision is located close to a range of recreational opportunities, including nearby golf at Bend Golf & Country Club and Foxborough Park, a large community park with open lawn and play facilities. The neighborhood is only a short walk from R.E. Jewell Elementary School, and has easy access to major retail and health care facilities. A direct connection to Highway 97 is part of a Murphy Rd./south Parkway overpass project launched recently.

“Our vision is a neighborhood unique to southeast Bend,” offers Tom Bahrman, a member of the development team. “Hidden Hills is a community that is not only safe and friendly, but one that offers a progressive collection of quality homes that complements the Bend lifestyle. The homes will reflect the diversity of style among our builders, each exhibiting distinctive personality, but all offering true value to our buyers.”

Homes in the Hidden Hills subdivision are being built by a select group of builders. The two featured builders are Woodhill Homes and Stone Bridge Homes, and other local builders have been selected to ensure a mixed architectural community. Homes will represent a high value, mid-‐priced product range, with no homeowners association fees required.

Hidden Hills announce the Garner Group as the designated agent for the community. The well-respected real estate agency is known for representation of some of the best neighborhoods in the area, including NorthWest Crossing and Shevlin Pines, and offering long-‐term expertise in Central Oregon communities.
