Longtime Central Oregonians Sarah Heekin Redfield and Ann Majeski have launched gachruda pr+m, which offers full service public relations, marketing and business development support to the international fashion community. They currently serve fashion clients ranging from retailers to designers in New York, Philadelphia, San Jose, Miami, London, Melbourne, Kiev and Cairo.
“We’ve been very fortunate in gaining an international clientele very rapidly and are excited to also be reaching out to more potential clients here in the Pacific Northwest where fashion has a very creative voice and presence,” said Majeski, adding that like many new Central Oregon businesses, gachruda pr + m is virtual. “We love that we’re based here but can do business anywhere.”
The company was established in February this year, but according to Majeski, “we’ve been so busy, and happy to be, that we haven’t had a chance for a formal launch, until now.
”gachruda, which is Gaelic for “everything” perfectly defines what the company offers said Redfield, “it represents our full-service approach to helping our clients and also that we totally understand that in today’s fashion industry one size in pr or marketing solutions does not fit all.”
Redfield and Majeski recently returned from MAGIC Market Week in Las Vegas, the largest apparel event in North America, which they attended on behalf of clients in New York, Vancouver, B.C. and Cairo.
Prior to founding gachruda pr + m, the two had long careers in fashion and marketing. Redfield has been a fashion retailer, writer and consultant and Majeski was a senior account manager for over 20 years with citrus and Ralston 360 ad agencies.
