Do you have the right foundation for your business? Mark your calendars and join The Advertising Federation of Central Oregon for the February AdBite on February 27 from 11:30am–1pm featuring speaker, Scott Allan, CEO of Hydroflask, a young and rapidly growing business in the Outdoor and Active Lifestyle markets.

Hydro Flask began in 2009 selling water bottles out of the back of a pickup truck, and has since expanded to over 6,000 retail locations across North America in the outdoor, natural foods, beer, coffee and tea, yoga and golf markets. Hydro Flask currently employs 26 people and was listed as one of Outside Magazine’s Top 100 Places to Work in 2013.

For February’s AdBite, Allan will share his experiences and insight into setting theright foundation for a small business and positioning it for longer-term success. For early stage consumer products founders and marketers, few things are more exciting than early traction. However longer-term success of the brand is never guaranteed and requires the right approach at critical stages of the company’s development.

After igniting customer excitement and gaining a foothold in the marketplace there’s a proper strategy and process to ensure the growth and scalability of your business. Scaling your operation into a lasting brand requires more than passion and often includes abandoning that which contributed to success thus far.

The February AdBite will be held on Thursday, February 27 from 11:30 a.m. to 1p.m. in the St. Charles Bend Conference Room. The price to attend is $25 for AdFed members and $45 for non-members. Online registration closes at noon on Tuesday,February 25. Registration at the door may be available depending on space. For more information or to register visit, www.adfedco.org.
