Imagine using your iPad or iTablet sized like a large flat screen TV for a visual presentation at your next business meeting. The InFocus mondopad is the newest and greatest in multimedia videoconferencing and the local dealer is Tony Sprando, owner of Audio Visual Presentations, a hi-tech videoconferencing and audio-visual solutions company based in Bend since 1999. Sprando is promoting the mondopad with free demonstrations to the community at the Bend WebCAM Conference on October 26.

The mondopad, a high definition 55-inch touchscreen tablet, offers clients the ability to do a multimedia presentation, more economically friendly compared to other current solutions. Features include the built-in Windows PC with a full version of Microsoft Office, a digital interactive whiteboard, the business-class video conferencing and the ability to share, view and control from a tablet or Smartphone.

At the fingertip, ideas can be captured, shared and presented to participants in the room and around the world on a single device. With a camera attachment, the mondopad can also be used as an overhead projector, showing the image on the large screen which is also available in a 70-inch. The mondopad is ideal for business collaboration, via videoconferencing and sharing information with other locations.

AV Presentations specializes in meeting a wide range of videoconferencing needs and the mondopad offers the ability to display many multimedia options, creating an appealing visual soundboard for the participants. The company offers leasing space for videoconferencing for smaller companies with rental equipment as another option.

“We can’t stay inside the box. I have to be different, more responsive on the service side,” Sprando said of the services and products offered by AV Presentations. Recent clients have included the OSU satellite campus in Prineville and the Les Schwab corporate office as well as Facebook in Prineville.

Sprando is promoting the mondopad with free demonstrations to the community at the Bend WebCAM Conference on October 26.
